Our stack

The tools behind every Fryloop build.

We build on the platforms agencies already sell, and we plug into the tools your clients already pay for. No proprietary systems, no lock-in.

  • WordPress, Elementor, Shopify
  • Built for speed
  • No lock-in

Everything lives in your client's accounts, not ours.

What we work with

Platforms, integrations and the everyday tools of delivery.

Grouped by what they do on a project, with a line on how each one shows up in a build.

Build platforms

Where the work actually lives.

WordPressThe base for every WordPress build, theme and care plan we deliver.
ElementorElementor and Elementor Pro builds your client's team can edit without a developer.
WooCommerceStores on WordPress when a client needs content-heavy or custom selling.
ShopifyFully custom-coded Shopify themes, built in your client's own store.

Design and hand-off

We build from whatever your designers use.

FigmaOur preferred design hand-off: frames, components and specs we build to.
Adobe XDOlder design files are fine; we build from XD artboards too.
CanvaBrand kits and simple layouts from clients who design in Canva.

SEO, analytics and performance

Built in from the first page, not bolted on.

Google Search ConsoleSitemaps, indexing checks and launch verification for every site.
Google AnalyticsGA4 set up with the events your client actually cares about, like form leads.
Google Tag ManagerClean tag setup so marketing scripts do not slow the site down.
Yoast SEOOn-page SEO settings, sitemaps and schema on WordPress sites.
LighthousePerformance and accessibility checks before every hand-off.
SemrushKeyword and site-health checks when a redesign must protect rankings.
HotjarHeatmaps installed when your client wants to see how visitors behave.

Marketing, CRM and email

Forms and leads land where your client already works.

HubSpotForms, tracking code and CRM connections wired into the site.
MailchimpNewsletter sign-ups and audience sync from site forms.
BrevoTransactional and marketing email for sites that use Brevo.
TypeformEmbedded surveys and lead forms when the client prefers Typeform.
Google AdsConversion tracking so campaign landing pages report properly.
Meta PixelPixel and conversion events for clients running Meta ads.

Payments and automation

Selling and the boring glue work.

StripePayments for WooCommerce, bookings and memberships.
PayPalPayPal checkout where the client's customers expect it.
ZapierHand-offs between forms, CRMs and spreadsheets without custom code.
MakeMulti-step automations when a workflow outgrows simple zaps.

Hosting and delivery

We work on your client's hosting, not ours.

CloudflareDNS, caching and security in front of client sites.
WP EngineManaged WordPress hosting many agencies already use.
KinstaManaged WordPress hosting with staging for safe launches.
GitHubVersion control for custom theme code and Shopify themes.

Working together

We fit into how your agency already runs.

SlackA shared channel with your team if that is how you work.
LoomShort walkthrough videos for reviews and hand-offs.
AsanaTasks in your workspace, not another tool to log into.
ClickUpSame for ClickUp: we work in your boards.
TrelloSimple boards for smaller agencies.
NotionBriefs, specs and hand-off docs in your Notion.
Google MeetCalls on whatever link suits you.
ZoomOr Zoom, if that is your default.

Your stack, not ours

We fit into your agency, not the other way round.

Agencies already have their way of working. We join your channels, use your boards, and build inside your client's own accounts so nothing has to be migrated away from us later.

  • Client-owned hosting, store and analytics accounts
  • Your project tool, your Slack, your naming
  • Access removed cleanly at hand-off
  • Documented setup the next developer can follow

Launch checklist

SEO and tracking are part of the build, not an afterthought.

Before we hand over, we check the things that usually break quietly after launch.

  • Search Console verified and sitemap submitted
  • GA4 events for forms and key actions
  • Redirects mapped when a redesign changes URLs
  • Lighthouse performance and accessibility pass
  • Forms tested end to end into the client's CRM or inbox

FAQ

Questions about tools and access.

Do we have to use your tools?
No. We work in your client's accounts and your agency's workspace. The list on this page is what we are comfortable building with and connecting to, not a stack you have to adopt.
Are you partners or resellers of these companies?
No. Fryloop is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of the companies listed. The logos describe tools we build with or integrate on client sites.
Who pays for paid tools and apps?
Your client, on their own accounts, based on what their site needs. We recommend what is worth paying for and set it up; nothing is billed through us or locked to our logins.
Can you work inside our project management tool?
Yes. If your team runs on Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Notion or Slack, we work there so you do not have another tool to check.
What do you need for analytics and SEO at launch?
Access to the client's Google Search Console and Google Analytics (or permission to set them up), plus any tracking your marketing team relies on. We verify everything before hand-off.
