White label web design for freelancers

Say yes to the bigger project, keep your name on it.

You sell sites, but you cannot build everything. We are a small studio that builds behind you, under your name, with one person to message and a fixed quote before work begins.

Who this is for

For solo consultants who keep getting asked for more than they can build.

You are good at the part clients hire you for: the strategy, the design, the copy, the relationship. Then a client asks for a store, a membership area or a ten-page rebuild, and you either turn it down or stay up late hoping it works. There is a third option.

  • Freelance designers and copywriters whose clients ask for a finished, working site
  • Consultants who package websites into a wider offer
  • Developers who are strong on one platform and need cover on another
  • Solo operators who want capacity without hiring or managing staff

What changes

Take the projects that used to be too big.

You keep the client, the conversation and the price. We take the build.

Say yes to bigger work

A ten-page site, a store or a rebuild becomes a project you can quote with confidence rather than refer away.

Your name stays on it

Delivered under your brand. No credit, no footer link, and we never contact your client.

One named contact

Kruti runs delivery and answers your messages. You are not a ticket in a queue.

A fixed quote first

Scope and price are agreed before work starts, so you can quote your client without guessing.

You review first

Every build comes to you before your client sees it, and two revision rounds are included on Elementor builds.

Honest about capacity

When we are full, we say so before you promise your client a date.

Pricing and margin

Flat prices, so the margin is yours to set.

A WordPress site with Elementor is $999 per site, flat. A custom-coded Shopify store is $1,199, with apps paid for by your client. You decide what your client pays, and the difference stays with you. If your projects are scoped well, there is real room in it; our guide to margins shows how to think about it.

  • No tiers, no contract, no minimum volume
  • Wix and Squarespace are quoted per project, before work starts
  • Ongoing care is a separate $250 per site per month, billed to you

How it works

Four steps, nothing hidden.

You stay in front of your client at every step.

Send the brief

Goals, pages, copy and images, brand files or designs, and logins. A complete brief is what keeps a build to 8–12 business days, and our brief guide is linked below.

Scope, timing and price in writing, before anything starts.

We build

Under your name. Feedback comes through you, never from us to your client.

You hand over

The finished site belongs to your client. You review it first, and care is optional.

What you still own

The client is still yours.

White label should not feel like handing your business to someone else. You own the relationship, the price, the strategy and the conversation about what the client needs next. The code, design and assets belong to you and your client, with no proprietary platform to unpick later. If you want to know how this differs from ordinary subcontracting, this post explains it plainly.

  • Work-for-hire: you and your client own 100%
  • We never contact, pitch or follow up your client
  • NDA on request, before any detailed discussion

Kruti, who runs delivery at FryloopKruti

An owner-led studio

Kruti runs delivery, and you can message her directly.

When you are the only person in your business, you cannot afford a partner who disappears. Kruti runs delivery and answers your messages, and we are a small, owner-led studio that has worked as a white label partner for 5 years.

We are a web studio. We do not run SEO, ads or social, and we will not try to take your client. If a project is not a good fit for us, we will say so early.

FAQ

Questions freelancers ask first.

Will my client ever hear from Fryloop?
No. We never contact your client. Feedback goes through you, and the finished site is delivered under your name.
What does it cost, and where is my margin?
WordPress with Elementor builds are $999 per site, flat. Custom-coded Shopify themes are $1,199 per store, with apps paid by the client. You set the price your client pays and keep the difference. Wix and Squarespace are quoted per project, always before work starts.
What should I send to start?
A complete brief: the goal of the site, the pages, the copy and images (or who is supplying them), brand files or designs, and any logins. Builds take 8–12 business days from a complete brief, so a thin brief is the usual cause of delay.
Who owns the finished site?
Work is delivered as work-for-hire, so you and your client own 100% of the code, design and assets. You decide how to hand it over and who holds the hosting and domain accounts.
Can you build a store for one of my clients?
Yes. WooCommerce is available as an add-on to a WordPress and Elementor build, and we also build custom Shopify themes. Larger or unusual stores get a fixed quote before any work starts, and we will tell you honestly which platform suits the client.
Who looks after the site after launch?
If you want us to, our care plan is $250 per site per month for WordPress and Elementor sites, billed to you. If you would rather look after it yourself, the site is built so a competent WordPress developer can.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, on request and before any detailed discussion.
