White label WooCommerce development

White label WooCommerce development, scoped before it is built.

You sell the store. We build it on WordPress under your brand, and we will tell you plainly when Shopify would serve your client better. Both are things we build.

Who this is for

For agencies selling stores on WordPress, not just brochure sites.

A client wants to sell online, and their site is already on WordPress or should be. You would rather scope it properly with a partner than guess at plugins and shipping rules halfway through the build.

  • Agencies whose clients already run WordPress and now need a shop
  • Agencies with content-led clients who also sell products
  • Teams that want an honest platform recommendation before they commit
  • Studios taking over a store that needs finishing or ongoing updates

The platform question

WooCommerce or Shopify? An honest answer, both ways.

We build on both, so we have no reason to push one. Our longer take is in WooCommerce vs Shopify: what to recommend to your clients. If Shopify wins, see our Shopify development; if the client may move later, read how migrations are scoped.

WooCommerce fits when

The client already has a WordPress site, publishes a lot of content, needs unusual products or checkout logic, or wants control over hosting and code.

Shopify fits when

The store is product-led, the team is small, and the client wants a hosted platform with less to maintain.

Either way

We say which we would choose for the brief, and why. If the client should move later, that is a scoping job too.

Scoping a store

Six things to settle before anyone builds.

Most store overruns come from decisions made late. We go through these with you first, so the quote reflects the real project.

  • Products: how many, what types, and how they are organised
  • Payments: which gateways and currencies the client needs
  • Shipping: regions, rules and who sets the rates
  • Tax: how it should be calculated and displayed
  • Plugins: what is needed, and what the client already uses
  • Hosting: where the store will live and who manages it

How it works

Four steps, nothing hidden.

You stay in front of your client at every step. We stay behind you.

Scope the store

You share the brief and the six scoping points. We review it and tell you if Shopify would fit better.

Get a fixed quote

Price and timing in writing before anything starts. WordPress builds take 8–12 business days from a complete brief; larger stores are confirmed in the quote.

We build

Under your brand, with two revision rounds on the Elementor build. You review before your client does.

Hand off and care

The store is yours. Add a care plan if you want updates handled, billed to you.

What the build includes

A store your client can actually run.

The store is built inside a WordPress and Elementor site, so your client edits pages the way they would on any other site. Our WordPress development page covers the base build, and the care plans page covers updates after launch.

  • Elementor templates your client can edit
  • Payments, shipping and tax set up to the agreed scope
  • Only the plugins the store needs, each with a reason
  • Hand-off under your name, with no credit to Fryloop
  • A care plan option for updates after launch

Pricing

Real prices where they exist, a fixed quote where they do not.

We only publish what is fixed. Everything else is quoted before work starts.

Kruti, who runs delivery at FryloopKruti

An owner-led studio

Kruti runs delivery, and you can message her directly.

A store has more moving parts than a brochure site, so it helps to have one person who knows the project. Kruti runs delivery and answers your messages, and we have worked as a white label partner for 5 years with agencies in the US, UK and Australia.

We are a web studio. We do not run SEO, ads or social, and we will not contact your client.

FAQ

Questions agencies ask first.

When should I choose WooCommerce over Shopify?
WooCommerce tends to suit a client who already has a WordPress site, publishes a lot of content, needs unusual product or checkout logic, or wants more control over hosting and code. Shopify tends to suit a product-led store that wants a hosted platform with less to maintain. We build both and will tell you which we would pick for the brief.
How much does a WooCommerce store cost?
WooCommerce is an add-on to a WordPress and Elementor build, which is $999 per site flat. The published pricing lists a WooCommerce cart add-on at $199. Larger or unusual stores, such as many product types, custom checkout logic or complex shipping, get a fixed quote before any work starts.
What do you need from me to scope a store?
The product list and how it is organised, payment methods, shipping rules and regions, how tax should be handled, any plugins or integrations the client already uses, and where the site will be hosted. A complete brief is also what keeps WordPress builds to 8–12 business days.
Who looks after the store after launch?
You choose. Our care plan is $250 per site per month for WordPress and Elementor sites, covering ongoing updates, and is billed to you. A store has more moving parts than a brochure site, so we recommend agreeing who owns updates before launch.
Will my client know Fryloop built it?
No. The store is delivered under your brand, we never contact your client, and an NDA is available on request.
Who owns the store?
Work is delivered as work-for-hire, so you and your client own 100%. There is no proprietary platform, and any competent WordPress developer can maintain it.
Can you move a store between WooCommerce and Shopify?
We build on both, and we have written about scoping a migration, including redirects and data that cannot move. Migration is quoted per project after we have seen the store.
